21 Jan 2014: The ever happy Dragons Abreast ladies certainly added a huge splash of colour to a dull Canberra morning and there were plenty of other people out on the water enjoying the calm conditions as well. It was nice to catch up and have a chat again, you all looked fantastic out there and thanks for brightening up my morning.

‘Lily Posturepedic’ – The Red Chilli’s bed. It was a sleepy start this morning.
The guys from the Burley Griffin Canoe Club are tearing past me as usual.
But I’m just floating along enjoying the calm conditions
The balloons are drifting again. They are such a huge part of the Canberra landscape.
The sculls are getting ready to blast off.
The ladies are a great sight on the water
and there enthusiasm is unbelievable!
They up are so quick, I had no chance of keeping….lucky I have a 20x zoom 🙂
Half way point, I have time to catch up and have a chat while they are having a stretch.
They are always happy and smiling….That’s what it’s all about hey!
