27 Jan 2014: Golden light flooded the morning skies to make it a very enjoyable start on Lake Burley Griffin, Canberra this morning. Yet again the conditions were superb with light winds, crystal clear skies and a golden sunrise to top it all off. It looked like liquid gold was floating on the waters surface.

All the pointers indicated that it’s going be another stunner here in Canberra today.

I love how the sun just bursts open and floods golden light…..this is very cool indeed.

Golden tones + gorgeous sunrise = wow.
