8 Dec 2013: I just sat on an escarpment with massive 180 degree views and experienced a gorgeous beginning. I had the entire Blue Mountains all to myself. Sunrise serenity is the only way to describe my sunrise experience this morning. I just want to see as many sunrises as possible…for me it’s as simple as that.

Some very nice shots there, my friend. Date: Sat, 7 Dec 2013 21:00:04 +0000 To: dragonshair@hotmail.com
Cheers my friend, what a great experience that was. It’s been quite some time since I have experience a sunrise up in the Blue Mountains…amazing!
It was an out-loud “oooh” for me again today. Thanks so much for two sets of fabulous views Paul. I think the movement of the kayak taught you to find the perfect shot and now that skill travels with you wherever you go. I feel as though I can live on both sides of Australia at the same time by seeing where you’ve been. Have a great day, Jen
Hi Jen,
Thank you for you kind words. I really enjoyed photographing from a totally different perspective. I was really curious to see what sort of photo story I would create. I thoroughly enjoyed my mountain experience, what such stunning scenery. We have such a vast country that has so much on offer to experience. It has been so long since I have caught a sunrise and sunset in the Blue Mountains and I was so lucky to be blessed with perfect conditions. I felt like I had the entire Blue Mountains all to myself while sitting quietly on my own escarpment gazing at a stunning natural lightshow. We definitely live in a wonderful part of the world.
All the best
Paul
