Enlightened by Mother Nature

2 March 2014: Mother Nature has done its best to imitate ‘Enlighten’ which has been lighting up Canberra landmarks in the evening this weekend. The early autumn tones of aubergine and pinks were projected onto the mirrored waters of LBG creating a perfect picture. Enlighten runs until March 8 so there is still plenty of time for you to be able to experience it.

Perfect Combinations

23 Feb 2014: Backlit clouds beamed golden rays of light into the morning skies over Canberra creating a wonderful atmosphere. The crazy cloud formations and the beautiful light combined perfectly to produce some wild reflections on a very calm morning.

The reflections were amazing. Stunning Sunday has begun.

Saturday Serenity

8 Feb 2014: The swans were floating amongst pastel tones, there were hovering balloons and I was treated to golden sunrise. Crystal clear blue skies soon took over as I paddled my way into another stunning Canberra day. It doesn’t get much better than this, the conditions were so good that my planned 2 hour paddle turned into a 4 hour pleasure cruise.

5.49am: The morning was so good that even the local were just floating around and were in no hurry at all.
