Sheer Beauty
12 Sept 2015: Every now and again you experience something truly stunning. This morning was one of those moments! What a welcome to all those who are visiting Canberra for the opening of Floriade, ‘Reflections’. Often the most amazing things are right on your door step and all we have to do is open the door. This morning sunrise was one of the most amazing transitions I have seen for some time and I hope that you the photostory.

Gorgeous Glide
5 Sept 2015: The sun was shining and the warmer conditions clearly enticed more people to get out and about on the water to enjoy a wonderful beginning. Spring is definitely on its way and love was in the air today.
Soothing Sunset
20 Sept 2014: I was bathed in soft subtle light on Lake Burley Griffin, Canberra this afternoon. It began with beautiful blues swirling on the waters surface while the sun shone through the clouds creating an amazing atmosphere. Soon I was being treated to gorgeous golden reflections that lit up the sky and then ‘Mother Nature’ saved the best for last by ending a fantastic spring day with soothing hues.

First day of spring on LBG (Meeting fellow LBG enthusiast)
During my morning paddle on Lake Burley Griffin I crossed paths with a fellow paddler, or maybe I should say ‘sculler.’
It was an amazing morning. When I woke at 5.00pm I looked out the window and quickly noticed the huge moon sitting pride of place in the morning sky. I hastily made my way down to the lake to try and capture the full moon reflecting on the capitals landmarks.
