16 May 2014: That was a magic morning!
15 May 2014: It’s was as if I were teleported to another place. I love my misty morning paddles and the atmosphere that it creates. This morning the sky was clear, the conditions were smooth and soft tones were radiating. Then just on sunrise the fog and mist slowly crept in to create a totally different mood out on the water. This is why I enjoy paddling on Lake Burley Griffin as the transformation took place within 30 minutes to produce some spectacular scenery. I hope that you enjoy the photostory of my misty morning paddle.
10 May 2014: Stunning, brilliant, excellent, awesome, surreal….someone get me a thesaurus! These are a few words that can be used to describe this morning’s wonderful sunrise in Canberra. I am constantly bewildered and blown away every time I venture out on the water. Every sunrise has its own unique signature and this morning’s was spectacular. 9 May 2014: WOW…. What a morning! There’s nothing better than drifting your way into a gorgeous pastel sunrise while floating amongst pink mist, it’s truly such a beautiful experience. The conditions were near perfect, the colours were superb and the morning transformation was yet again brilliant. 6 May 2014:I love how the mist turns gold just as the sun pops. The light was so soft, mist was hovering all around and the water was like a sheet of glass. Now that is definitely a beautiful recipe, I love my misty morning paddles on LBG and this morning didn’t disappoint. It’s shaping up to be gorgeous autumn day in Canberra and I hope that it is an enjoyable one for you.
