I am so excited to announce that the National Library if Australia has chosen to archive the website ‘kayakcameraman’ and it photos. The library will preserve all publications and will make it accessible to the public via internet now and in perpetuity.

I am totally blown away by this and very humbled and honoured by this event. I think that I’ll be floating amongst the clouds for so time. Thanks for everyone who has commented, shared and been a part of the website, thanks you very much for making it such and enjoyable experience

Flat out in Neutral

1 Feb 2014: This morning I drifted into a gorgeous golden sunrise with Emma Macdonald in ‘The Big Bopper’ my double Kayak on Lake Burley Griffin. There wasn’t any need for speed at all as the conditions were near perfect. The temperature was spot on and the winds were non existent, these combinations made for a very enjoyable experience watching the day begin. I think that our highest warp speed was a blistering 500 metres per hour and to top it all off we were treated to a pier side coffee delivery from from Remedy which is located at the Kingston foreshore. The company was fantastic and the sunrise was brilliant…what a perfect way to start the day.

5.29am: This is shaping up to be an excellent morning.
